We are pleased to announce that attorney Hannah Kyle Kinney has joined our Firm. Hannah brings with her some very intensive experience in family law having just finished a year-long judicial clerkship for our Presiding Family Court Judge, the Honorable Greg Sakall. Hannah earned her Juris Doctorate from the UA James E. Rogers School of Law. She also holds a Masters Degree in Gender and Women’s Studies. As part of her education, Hannah participated in the Domestic Violence Law Clinic where she advocated for clients in contested Orders of Protection. During that time she received extensive training in trauma informed lawyering. Additionally, in conjunction with the “Purple Purse Project”, Hannah developed an educational program on basic finances that focused on legal barriers to economic empowerment for women. Hannah’s passion to be an ally and advocate for families in crisis makes her a perfect fit for our Firm.
Hannah is a Midwestern transplant who has lived in Tucson since she started law school in 2015. Prior to that, she attended undergrad at Cleveland State and majored in English literature. In her spare time, Hannah reads fiction, watches classic movies and thoroughly enjoys cooking elaborate meals. She has also recently adopted a puppy, Mabel, and spends much of her free time chasing her around.
